About this image

I had no intentions of making a plugin, but when I started seeing Telvanni guards running around with nothing save a cephalopod helm, I got a little annoyed. My first attempt at a fix started by adjusting the stats, so the guards would wear their armor, despite BTB settings mod. Then... I got to thinking, "It's a real shame that Telvanni, master wizards as they are, have guards who look fairly like everyone else..." I fired the CS, dropped Danke's "Telvanni Cephalopod Armor" into their inventory and before I knew it, I patted myself on the back for making a plugin on my own, cleaning the GMSTs, and so on. It's a simple start, but now I can't stop modding...

I'm actually cleaning it up, seeing that I want a regular version and a version that works with BTB settings. I'm still fairly new to this, but I will be releasing it soon

This mod is now uploaded and is an optional file in the Telvanni Cephalopod Armor page. Enjoy!

Are you gonna upload this mod to the nexus? It gives the Telvanni guards a unique and lore-friendly appearance.

Never thought about that... I might seeing that the Telvanni Cephalopod Armor is uploaded here already. I'll have to fix it so it's independent of BTB when I get a chance.

Welcome to the modding community, it's nice to see more people come with how long this game has been released. As RE4PER said, someone will always help you with CS. On YouTube, their are many tutorials by Darkelfguy regarding the use of the Construction set (building interiors/exteriors, etc) which you may find to be a good resource. Anyways, hope to see more in the future.

I actually just did the "tutorial quest" by Skydiver and was surprised that I got it to work in my first test. It was overwhelming, but after rereading it a few times, it's starting to make sense.

Congrats! It is great to see new modders still come to this game. Btw. if you haven to been there already, I suggest visiting bethsoft Morrowind forums, Mods subsection. Modders are still active there and you can find friendly community there and should you need any advice, there is always someone who will help you

Seeing that I'm a little more confident with the CS, I'll definitely be asking for help on ideas I've had rolling around in my head for awhile now. And by awhile I mean about ten years or so... lol
