    After playing Skyrim, I've really been feeling like the waterfalls in Morrowind could use a replacer. Something to make them look less flat.

    But as far as retextures go, this is one of the best I've seen!

    I really like it Lougian.. It may be a little too sharp though. Have you tried feathering/blurring the alpha channel a tad?
