These screenshots are old, I can't remember exactly, I know I tweaked the shadow strengh, the sunglare, the ambient occlusion and the water. I can't remember what exactly, but I can send you my shaders folder if you want to test.
As a base you can Install Morrowind Sound & Graphic Overhaul, it's a huge pack that regroup some of the most beautiful mods. On those screenshots I use all my mods, you can find them on my profil page. I also recommend you to check the top files
