This is the Tower of Madness, the competition platform where Sheogorath decides which mod categories get selected each week for the Morrowind Modding Madness competition. Four smaller towers can be seen around the base of the Tower of Madness, representing the four modding teams, Team Green Cow, Team Flying Guars, Team Cutie♥Kagouti, and Team Wretched Netch.

We're now entering the third week of the competition, and as the teams rise and fall, so shall their towers, until only one remains to claim the mantle as the Ultimate Modding Champions of 2016!
