Which brings me (again and again) to the question - with all the visual awesomeness in Morrowind is there absolutely no chance to improve characters (models) a step beyond Better Bodies? As they are, PC and NPCs have proportions and joints of plastic dolls. Is it because better is impossible, or simply because nobody's ever taken it up?
I'm not quite sure but I think it's hard to do new body for Morrowind
I hope to see something new, Better bodies is really old now.
But with bb as a base I think there is a chance to do something like an enhancement.
I should check the mesh & textures and see if I can do something (even if it's for personal use, I could sent it to you)
