About this mod

A simple mod that makes all online development items theoretically obtainable offline and removes the vast majority of deployment costs. All items develop instantly. Online items still cost GMP for some reason. Make sure you start the game offline if you want to make use of this mod.

Permissions and credits
v1.02 lowers the cost of the Grade 7 Sneaking Suit so that it is actually obtainable. Oops. :^)


My girlfriend requested that I put this mod together since she plays exclusively offline but still wanted to be able to eventually get the higher-end development items.

What this does exactly:
  • All R&D projects had their timers removed.
  • All online-only projects were made developable offline.
  • All offline items had all deployment costs removed.
  • All online items had all deployment costs removed too, but for some reason the game demands that they still cost GMP. I do not know why this is.
  • All online-only projects had their unit level requirements significantly adjusted downward.
  • All online-only projects had their GMP costs divided by 4 and medicinal plant costs divided by 10.
  • The Precious Metal requirement of many online-only items were significantly adjusted downward, many were divided by 10 and some were adjusted down further.

Note that online items will claim that they have additional deployment costs associated such as Digi-P/Digi-L, Haoma, or other resources, but in reality they only cost GMP when deploying with them... Despite me setting their deployment GMP costs to zero.

I make no promises that the new requirement values for online-only items are fair and balanced, but I am always open to suggestions. Note that if at any point you go online after using this mod, any progress on online-only development items will be overwritten by the KJP server.
