EDITS :
27/05/2017: Ver 2.1, to use with Infinite Heaven r207
Morbid's side expansion pack brought me back to the game after nearly a year long hiatus (great addition !!) I don't think it will be long before I definitively leave this game, so I'll repost the link that explains how to mod the files yourselves
. Then use Makebite to create a .mgsv file with your modded Tpp.lua and TppMain.lua from the InfiniteHeaven.mgsv, CustomCamera.lua.

Have fun !

14/04/2016: A fellow player is having some issues with Infinite Heaven, I compiled another mgsv file using a virgin 00dat (1.0.8.1) and r147 of Infinite Heaven. So far I got it running allright.

13/04/2016 : I got some feedback, it seems you that to avoid the Infinite Loading Mod ;) in Snakebite you must :
- Install the CustomCamera_no_infinite.mgsv first (top of the list) if used without Infinite Heaven
- Install the CustomCamera_with_infinite.mgsv right after Infinite Heaven if you are using it
Again, do give me feedback,
I'd hate to ruin your mgs experience !

12/04/2016 :
Just uploaded two Snakebite files, I tested them and worked fine on my setup, but please give me feedback, it's the first time I'm using Snakebite to make a mod. You will have to disable the comptibility check to get it going.

Managed to detect when ever Venom is entering a vehicule (tested with an APC) or riding D-Horse. I disabled the FPS when riding a vehicule (couldn't get a satisfactory workaround) and tweaked the FPS while riding a horse, but will still go OTS when aiming.

Description:
To enter FPS : D PAD Down & ZOOM CHANGE (Right stick pressed on gamepad) or KB Up & Middle Mouse
To exit FPS : D PAD Up & ZOOM CHANGE or KB Down & Middle Mouse. You may have to press AIM again to go back to TPS
.

Giving back to Mxmstr what belongs to Mxmstr, what I am submitting here is no more than a uphaul of his work. I also have to apologise to them guys in the post section of this mod (XrayDoc and Pao amongst others) for boasting about "finding a way" and
not disclosing anything.

Installation:
Make a back up of your files before modding.
Please follow this link for manual installation: http://www.nexusmods.com/metalgearsolidvtpp/mods/237/?

I also made two Snakebite files, one to be used without Infinite Heaven, one with it. To avoid the Infinite Loading Mod ;) in Snakebite you must :
- Install the CustomCamera_no_infinite.mgsv first (top of the list) if used without Infinite Heaven
- Install the CustomCamera_with_infinite.mgsv right after Infinite Heaven if you are using it. You will have to disable the comptibility check to get it going.

Conflict-wise, the FPS mod requires changes to Tpp.lua and TppMain.lua of 00.dat

Bug wise:
If you let FPS enabled after finishing a mission/going back to ACC, the command still works and the camera will behave oddly. When I build my motivation back up I will look into it unless someone feels like tackling this issue.

To avoid the Infinite Loading Mod ;) in Snakebite you must :
- Install the CustomCamera_no_infinite.mgsv first (top of the list) if used without Infinite Heaven
- Install the CustomCamera_with_infinite.mgsv right after Infinite Heaven if you are using it

Next steps:
There is always room for improvement !
Feel free to rewrite the code to suit your needs. I know my submission can be optimised, like disabling the command in the ACC, tamper with the shaders to make weapons less translucent while aiming...

CREDITS :
Many thanks to Mxmstr for the original camera mod and the critical function.
And to Bucklebean for his feedback and videos !
And Shizu for custom messages display - handy for debugging !
