It is equipped on the avatar through the hair slots in customization.

Hair slot 1 only

I would suggest making chin smaller in customization to avoid clipping.

This is possible because of uplaoded modders resources from Fraridr, you can find these here

Instructions: 
1.Update your QAR Tool dictionary 
2.Unpack chunk0.dat with the QAR Tool (refer to QAR Tool read me if necessary) 
3.Copy this archive's chunk0 folder contents into the chunk0 folder extracted in step 1, Replace existing files. Make back ups!
