Don't think there's any blatant issues with the hospital beard. I had to play around with the avatar sliders to get the avatar beard to look decent though. In regards to the picture, the harsh lighting does make it look like there's an odd gap between the end of the sideburn and the beard but I believe the default hospital model would look the same in these lighting conditions: http://i.imgur.com/8TtYv3R.jpg
