Hey, I hope your Day or night is going well!
...............................................................................................

... Some of the Current Changes ...

Less damage to flinch. If your foe is swinging a Large Dane Axe down at you, don't expect a light cut to stop his weapon in middle of the swing.

A highter damage for weapon speed = slightly more damage than vanilla Viking Conquest

Animations for two handed Axes have been changed, so your hands are wider spread apart for most Animations.

Most swords have a two handed parry now.

Cutting damage is adsorbed by armor much more now, and is better against lighly armored foes.

Most cutting weapons do more damage now, and if your swing lines up with an exposed(helmet-less) head, expect alot of damage.

Because of a very large shield block area archers were to the point of being useless,
now both throwing weapons and arrows can injure your foes ranks.

Strong and fast attacks from high leveled characters, with axes and swords, can do reduced damage through blocks.

Most quest items can't be improved beyond plain, to make up for being easier to get than high quality items.

Hunting knives, followed by seax's, are the fastest weapons.

Now you can now block with langseax's, broadseax's, and short swords.
( But don't expect to knock through the block of other weapons while using short weapons! )

All axes do piercing damage now.

Expect a bit more random low level weapons for low level troops like Farmers, Skirmishers, Serfs , and Archers.

Expect Dane axes in the hands of elite norse troops.

Throwing axes have been added and are very common equipment on troops.

Many lords items have been added to the merchant lists, but are still very rare.

You get an attribute point every two levels, instead of every five levels.

More money at shops.

Increased chances of capturing ships.

A wider gap between heavy and medium armor.

Uncapped trainer and Sea-King skills.

And more...

updated version 2.1

Two handed axes should be able to be duel-wield with shields again.

Further balance for the Dane and woodcutter Axe's.

Tweaked weapon speed damage bonus.

updated version 2.0

Farmers will have a bit more random gear, maby even a few real weapons,
considering that they can be of a freemen and serf class who knows?
Maybe even a few non-serving fyrd members ageds young and old.
But this really means less woodcutter axe's.
Also reduced the power strike on farmers.

There is a small buff for sheld size.
Bows are now going to be slightly more accurate.

Also a small buff for two-handed axes. - to make them viable compared to Dane axes
Small nerf to the dane axe speed.

Possibly a minor increase to weapon breaking chances.

:::  Known bugs  :::

...............................................................................................

When the throwing axes are in the air, they are weird looking.

One of the idle stances for the Dane Axe looks a little unnatural.
