There is no need for cheats just go for anything you want but I recommend slavery. The tavern keeps can buy your slaves off you and there is a lot of blunt weapon users. The Vassals have a 50% increase of men the loots have 200 parties on the map and they're 50-200 big and other bandit increases. If you want an easy time go for Vaegirs or Swadia. Swadia go for the Sergeants because they have an OP troop late game then there's numerous other changes. Comment for other changes you want and I will get right on it.
