There is no other way to have them as only to Hunt them down.
Dark Recruits can be get only from Farmers Legion.
Remember DO NOT kill Dark Recruits from Farmers Legion,only kick them down and then join them from prisoners.Use Blunt weapons only - buy Hammer and knock them dowm.
To Join Prisoner u can check any time as 50% of success rate.
Some new Army added,lots of fights.
