I suggest for your review my version of Rider.

Elena has a scar on her left cheek, which she received while preparing for the Expedition, carrying out the training mission of the "Operative".
She tries to close it with her bangs, and even made herself a tattoo on the other cheek, to divert attention from the scar.

You can either use this file and unpack it into your documents\BioWare\MassEffectAndromeda\save folder or go to the Mass Effect Archives.
