Modified complexion 0.0 for the character creator (the one used for default Sara). Less beauty marks, some wrinkles smoothed especially around mouth and throat. See image section for comparison.


Installation:
Extract the file (with 7-Zip or winRAR, both are freeware) and install with Frosty Mod Manager
