Added an optional file to change the visor color on the Deep Space Explorer helmet to a neutral gray.

These MEA armor glows are pretty fun, but they can be a drag with custom armor tinting. I have removed the tint information that allows the glow, so the suit is a flat color. I have also made the helmet's visor a neutral gray so it can be more coordinated with various tints the player wants to use.
Works in 1.08.
