Added a version with only the shirt edits. Available in optional files.

This is a minor tint edit for the casual outfit.
It has bothered me that the stripes on the shoulders are not tintable, so now they are, sharing the same color as the neck. I have also edited the color of the pants so that they are no longer dual-colored, and now share the tint color with the main portion.
Works in 1.08.
