First, this is not my mod. I found it here http://firemadeflesh.tumblr.com/post/70902575864/n7-leather-jacket-for-femshep-original-nilin
Basically I downloaded it but found that none of the texture mapped properly. After a while of messing around with paint.NET I managed to get it working.
Install: put the .pcc in BioGame\CookedPCConsole and run the .tpf with ME3Explorer
