High-res black and gold Eye Tyrant redesign of Kestrel helmet

Official headgear of the leader of the Cult of Shepard. Symbolises the power, wisdom and impending ascension of the wearer.
Installation: Unzip and load via Texmod.
Notes: This is a reskin of the Kestrel Helmet. As such, parts of the helmet are controlled by tint/pattern custom selections. For best results, select yellow/orange as Tint 1, and first pattern (ID 0)to get rid of the mottled effect.
Best used with the Black Gold Terminus armour from the Decadence collection:
