A vJoy script hook that adds a walk toggle for keyboard/mouse controls.

This is a script to be used with the vJoy emulator that maps movement keys to WASD and movement mode toggling with LeftControl and LeftShift keys. Max has 4 movement modes: walking (default), jogging, running, and sprinting. This mod effectively adds walking and jogging for keyboard and mouse users. Press 'LeftShift' to toggle up from walking to jogging to running, and 'LeftControl' to go back down. Sprinting is still done normally by holding down the sprint key.
Installation:
- install vJoy driver (vjoystick.sourceforge.net)
- install FreePIE (andersmalmgren.github.io/FreePIE) or any app that can run python scripts
- extract mod files to the game directory
Play:
To activate, you will need to execute the script (madmax_walktoggle.py) manually in FreePIE with a simple key press (F5 to run), and leave it running in the background while playing. Be sure to remap the default movement keys in the game menu to something other than WASD, otherwise it will override the mod. When you are done, stop the script (Shift+F5) and close FreePIE.
