PFHC04 Was one of my least favorites. Now with dark brown hair, brown eyeshadow, and dark lipstick!

Install: Unzip file in your Override folder.
I reskinned PFHC04 because I thought it looked horrendous before. Thicker eyebrows, darker hair and makeup now.
