Use openIV and locate the following
GTA V // x64v.rpf // models // cdimages // streamedpeds_players // player_two

Click edit mode and either drag and drop, or copy/paste over the files, openIV should display a message to copy files to "Mod Folder"

Overwrite the files in the MOD FOLDER so the originals are not overwritten, this will allow you to play GTA Online with the original
files.
