A simple script mod that slows the game down (Basically Bullet-Time) when you press the home key.

Press Home key again to speed it back up.

REQUIREMENTS:

GTAIV .Net Script Hook
Patch 1.0.7.0 (Should work with lower patches if you use correct scripthook.)

INSTALL:

Just drop it into your scripts folder that comes with GTAIV .Net Script Hook.

Let me know if any issues arise, I made a few small changes at the last minute.

I intend to improve this later to make it more like V.A.T.S. from the Fallout series.
