Here you can download the official editor for Gruntz. It's the same one that the original game developers used to make the game, and it's been used by the Gruntz community to make custom levels since 1999.
The editor comes with templates for both normal levels (Questz) and for Battlez levels, as well as samples of official levels (which you can open and see how certain things are done).
