This mod is a GC3 save after about 300 turns, where you started off as the lowly Breen race and
explored and conquered until only you and the Xindi race are left as majors. The Xindi started off
at genius level so their tech level was awesome before you even had a universal translator. Their
faction power can be compared to yours in the enclosed screen captures. Your task, should you wish
to take it on, is to complete the conquest of the galaxy against an overwhelming opponent. Be warned.
War is immenent in a few turns.
