Update 5/22/2020: Mod is no longer underdevelopment after losing files in a hard drive crash. 

Well, I was I testing out my Rikku retexture and everytime I saw the low-poly of Wakka come on screen I always cringed.
So, I took a bat at retexturing Wakka!

He is now sitting at 4K for both Low-Poly and High-Poly models. And, as a bonus, all the facial animations (that I could find)!
Completely playable with no awkward unfinished parts. 

Other than that 0.9 is technically a finished product!
