Graphics mod - Realistic ReShade -
The original is way too orange, so i decided to balance the colors for a better and more realistic look. Also i made a list for graphics tweaks.
Castle Of Death (v1.0)
ArCh!e has returned with his newest Far Cry 2 creation to wow' you with! He's been a busy little developer pumping out fun and adventurous ways for you to spend time with your cyber friends.

This bundle of goodness will keep you on your toes as you attempt to stay alive while fighting the good fight to win, at all costs; Castle Of Death (v1.0) is all about strategy...you won't be victorious if you run down the middle of the clearing shooting blindly! There are enough objects strewn about for use as cover, and the smart gamer will take advantage of them. If the number of players warrent it, having a sniper tucked away somewheres under cover could make the road to supremacy a little easier to travel.

Get ready for a fight to the end...try not to let it be yours...

EChondo's Tweaks
Various changes to the core game such as removing Malaria, infinite stamina, and reducing weapon costs.
A regular file submitter has returned to us to bestow his latest and greatest creation onto you, the Far Cry 2 gamer! Welcome to your bandwidth, n88tr as he delivers his second map for this great game! In the past he has released a countless number of files for both Far Cry and CnC 3...so you just know he has the skilz!

Jenniah takes place on a small island with dense natural cover. There are two school roofs that house living and storage spaces, outside of the roofs are two small garrisonable buildings. This is in the center of the island. Next to every structure is some kind of cover. There are sandbagged .50 caliber gunner posts in strategic positions, a junkyard to find cover with an elevated sniper platform.

To escape the close-quarters madness, merely take a stroll down the wooden dock, minding the gun emplacement, to the barge. The barge has barrels and boxes on it's cargo deck, two places were the enemy would relax with a bar and shaded seating areas. On the far side of the barge is an armed fishing boat.


I especially like this level because it reminds me of the Pyrotechnical mission in the campaign, think of comparing the school roofs in both maps, and the close-quarters nature of both maps. It was this concept that made me make this map.

If you think you have what it takes to help your team to the victory circle, then you have but one objective to complete...you find find the 'Download Link'...the rest is obvious Enjoy!

3 Islands (Day and Night) (v1.0)
Give up your bandwidth, and prepare to be 'wow'ed by a first time FarCry2Files content submitter! don818 has supplied his very first map created for this great game, and you'll be happy to know that it supports all game modes, so the fun never ends!

3 Islands is a simple map with three islands in a desert setting; It's got a barge and some explosive stuff. Each island contains several structures that can be used for both cover, as well as a place to stage an offensive. There are also vehicle about, for those of you that don't want to risk burning off calories or wearing out your sandles, if you're the type that don't like to get wet...or maybe you can't swim, whatever the reason, don't fret, as there are boats available as well.

To add a bit a fun, don818 has also included the TOD for this map, so you will have just as much fun at night that you' will have during the day...The sniper in you will love this map!

Abandoned Savannah Town (1.0)
We have the pleasure of introducing the newest of the FarCry2Files developers...so, without further adieu, make welcome to Screamer225 as he presents his very first FileFront debut!

Abandoned Savannah Town offers a chance for you to play how you want to play...whether sniping is your thing, or a bit of the stealth action...it all works here. There are plenty of towers and high places for the sniper to crack off a few shots, and on the flip side, there are a number of spots for the intended target to take cover. The structures found throughout also make for great places for players to set up that perfect ambush...all that's needed is for you to start your download now...and you to can start enjoying the Abandoned Savannah Town

    6th March Maintenance

    On Monday the 6th of March 2017 Nexus Mods will be down from 08:00 GMT so that we can perform some essential database maintenance. We expect this maintenance to take around 4 hours, but due to the nature of the work there is scope for this to be shorter or longer.

    The website and the forum will be down during this time.
