Changes the Handmade Assault Rifle Automatic receivers (non covered meshes) to the Handmade Assault Rifle Standard receivers (covered meshes).

Updates:
Jan 12: Added an option to change the Welded receivers to the Standard receivers as well as an AIO to change all open receivers to the Standard receiver.
Jan 14: Added an option to change the Forceful stocks to the True Stocks
Installation:
1. Ba2: Download the Ba2 file and place in your Fallout76 data folder and add the Ba2 name to your custom ini file
Example:

sResourceArchive2List = HMAR Covered Auto Receivers.ba2
2. Baka loader: Download the loose files and follow the Baka tool instructions
