Paper Street Soap Co. adds consumable Soap and Toothpaste and a new hygiene mechanic.

Paper Street Co. Soap is linked to Paper Street Co. Wash Rag. If you use the Paper Street Co. Soap without a Paper Street Co. Wash Rag in your inventory the Paper Street Co. Soap will not apply any benefit. If you have a Paper Street Co. Wash Rag in your inventory when you use the Paper Street Co. Soap then it will apply a +2 Charisma bonus for 4 hours. Paper Street Co. Soap will be consumed but the Paper Street Co. Wash Rag will remain in your inventory.

Paper Street Co. Toothpaste and Paper Street Co. Toothbrush work the same way.

Paper Street Co. Soap and Paper Street Co. Toothpaste are found in the AID menu.
Paper Street Co. Washrag and Paper Street Co. Toothbrush are found in the MISC menu.

Using Paper Street Co. Soap and Paper Street Co. Toothpaste will stack both bonuses for a 4 hour, +4 Charisma bonus. 

All 4 items are available at Greygarden from Supervisor Greene. To use them, open your Pipboy and click on Soap or Toothpaste in the AID inventory and they will make a gurgling (humandrowning) noise and be removed from your inventory. If you have the Toothbrush and Wash Rag in your MISC inventory the Soap and Toothpaste will also each apply a +2 bonus to Charisma for 4 hours.
