This add a 308 & 5mm receiver for the assault rifle, a 5mm receiver for the combat rifle, and a 38 receiver for the 10mm 44 and Deliverer.
Add two health item (first aid kit can be bought) and (bandage can be bought or made at the chem lab).
And four new food item that can be made or bought.            (WIP)         

Note I made this mod for my brother he is the one how came up with the idea but He dose not have pc fallout 4 our a Nexus account.

V 1.5 add the equal to the doctors bag and fixes some stuff.
