Topic: Clothes / eye wear / goggles / mask

Weld Goggles, simply changed lens to vibrant red to look like night vision. Will update if/when i learn to make them emit light as well.
(or if you do it, message me sure) - I only know about using nifskope to achieve this but it is not working with fallout 4 yet as far as im aware.

Added a black mask if you don't like the default dirty white mask. (they are the same file so need to be in 1 mod if you want both)

Initial set up of mods (preferabes file thingy), then - 
Just place the files in fallout 4/data where ever that might be.
