About this mod

This mod makes the classic and DLC armorsets (Lether/Metal/Combat) more resistant and less heavy, so that they are more competitive with power armors.

Lighter Better Armor Sets

This mod is for those who think that the classic armor sets are poor compared to the overwhelming advantages of
power armor frames and peices. They weight nothing, increace carry weight and so on. Therefore I changed some values of the classic armor sets to make them much more lighter and stronger but still more or less realistic.

Every armor upgrade weight (from normal to sturdy or heavy) and almost every mod weight (for example: alloyed/ studden/ polymer/ shadowed) has been changed.

Fore example a fully upgraded Heavy Metal Chest Piece now weights about 15 pounds instead of I don't know 35 and has a damage resistance of 60.

What has been done (with F04Edit) :

Lighter pieces and upgrades for leather/metal/combat/synth and DLC armor sets
lighter standard mods for them

# I didn't changed the misc mods at all. I suggest you do not use the lighter build misc mods
unless you want to have rediculusly light armor pieces

more damage and energy resistance

v0.1.1 changed helmets/gasmasks and full body armor stats.
v0.2 added lighter synth mods and armor pieces
v1.0 added dlc armor sets

Notes/Compatibility :
-this makes the game a bit easier so I suggest you use it alongside damage changing mods like Realistic Survival Damage or Abitration.
-now armor makes a serious difference instead of just the level of an opponent
-this is compatible with armorsmith extended (in version 1.0 I didn't touch underwear, rail road armor, spike and cage armor in order to provide maximal compatibility.
-version 0.1.1 is not fully compatible (see file description)
-you can use it with mods which alter the apperance/colore of armor pieces as long as they don't change resistance
-usable with mods that add armors like Reilly's Rangers Combat Armor (standard mods will be lighter while their base damage values stay the same)
-I didn't tested it with more armor slots mod but it should work
