I image that I install it in substitution for a Spotlight.
[Installation]
Extract the content into the Data folder inside your Fallout 4 installation directory.
Activate esp in Nexus Mod Manager.
[Uninstallation]
Simply delete the esp from your data files folder, or uninstall the mod from all profiles in Nexus Mod Manager.
