Long ago, shortly after the bombs had fallen, a group of survivors banded together and formed the Desert Rangers: A group dedicated to protecting the innocent from any mad men and tyrants alike. Even though most have been absorbed into the New California Republic, they say there are still some out there, roaming and keeping the peace out in the wastes...

unoctium & DogtootCG have made a full fledged variant of this armor in their latest update. Check it out, it's pretty neat! I won't pull this down, because I know some have a particular preference to mine, but I'm letting everyone know that I'm no longer working on this project anymore. Thank you for all the kind words and support! I wouldn't have the motivation if it weren't for you guys! I do have a couple more mods in mind, so I'm not leaving forever! When those will come, I couldn't tell you, but I really do want to work on something else! Thanks again guys!
Installation:
BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD, YOU NEED TO HAVE THE NCR VETERAN RANGER ARMOR MOD FROM UNOCTIUM AND DOGTOOTHCG! Click here.
1) Download the file from this page.
*** Before Step 2, copy the original contents of the NCR Veteran Ranger Armor and store it in a file for safekeeping, in case you want to go back to using the original textures.
2) Once the download's complete, unpack the files and replace the original contents of the NCR Veteran Ranger Armor.
Uninstall:
1) To restore the original textures, find the file that you stored the original NCR Veteran Ranger Armor contents.
2) Once located, copy the contents inside and replace it with the Desert Ranger textures. You should now be back to vanilla.
If you don't know how to install mods manually, check out Gopher on YouTube. I've learned everything about PC modding from him, and he does a pretty good job at explaining the process of just about anything to do with modifying games.
