Increases the variety of items you get from Scavenging Stations

v2: Added a fix for a bug in the level lists that caused the scavenge stations to produce some unusable misc items, this is a vanilla bug not something caused by this mod.
Added an optional file that should double the amount of items the scavenge stations produce.

I just wanted a little variety in the items that the Scavenging stations bring in, so I added some stuff you would normally encounter as you wandered around the Commonwealth.
I'm open to constructive suggestions about what to add to the lists.
