I MADE A BETTER MOD THAT PRETTY MUCH MAKES THIS OBSOLETE
This mod adds a "metal" paintjob to every power armor that requires no materials and confers no bonuses. In addition, it adds a rusty look to the T51a power armor, so that when you find it in the field it will look appropriately weathered like all the other power armors in the game.
WARNING If you have my unpainted T-45 power armor mod in an existing save, there may be some minor weirdness where it loses its lining and you have to add it back on. To be safe, remove the metal paint from any t-45 armor in your save before adding this new mod (Its entirely possible that this is just a weird mod conflict in my own setup, I have hundreds).
