About this mod

I felt as thought the Plasma Gun wasn't as powerful as I assumed it would be. So, this is a very very simple mod that fixed my problems with the Plasma Gun.

1. Increased damage from 24 to 30
2. Decreased weight from 3 to 2.5
3. Increased value from 112 to 150
