So with the new bullet time mod i found jet to be completly worthless so i made this.
This mod changes jet to be like it was in Fallout 3/NV. Jet now gives 35 action points for 300 seconds. No more bullet time.
Also while doing this mod i found two bugs which i fixed (duration on ultrajet and magnitude in psychojet).
