PLEASE UPDATE TO V2

basically i wanted to make croup manor into a full town settlement and there were no mods that made it bigger so i made one for myself. i seen on a few mod pages that other people wanted this too so im sharing it with you. this mod expands the size to include the whole island that croup manor is located on.
