Simply enough. A food and water replicator (like on Star Trek).
This little baby provides 10 food, and 10 water to your colony. Your starving settlers will never go hungry again, and we will solve the world's hunger problem! When you approach it, it will give you 4 institute food packets, and 4 purified water bottles.
BUGS: The respawn time is set to 24 hours, and is included in the mod. I don't know what effects this may have on NPCs, or the game itself. If it causes problems open FO4edit, and change it to the default specified by the game, but be warned, it may not issue the food packets as regular as you would like.
