Moved hud elements so they surround the cross hair.

One thing I hated about this game is all the information I wanted such as health was in the corner of the screen and I had to take my eyes off the fight to check my health.
As you can see in the screenshot I moved most of the hud to surround the cross hair so I can see them without moving my eyes so far from the cross hair.
About the screen shot. I made the hud items that i didn't change invisible, so you can see the new layout. they are still visible in the game and in the same place like normal.
Installation
Mod manager

Activate DEF_HUD
Activate tweaked hud and overwrite when asked to.

Put interface folder in Data folder.
Download and open tweaked hud.
Put data folder in fallout 4 folder or interface folder in data folder.
Overwrite when asked to.
