Quickly made this Flecktarn camo thing for army fatigues.
Now has different versions with flag and insignia:
No Flag/Insignia
Flag Only
1. Panzerdivision
10. Panzerdivision (could have been done a bit better but i couldn't find realistic version of the insignia)
Kommando Spezialkräfte (KSK)
Note: Insignia are in both sleeves because Fallout 4 uses one mirrored texture for both sleeves. Realistically it should only be on the right sleeve.

Installation:
1. Open Flecktarn army fatigues folder and choose the version you want and then put the Textures folder it into: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data (or something like that)
2. Go to your Documents/My Games/Fallout 4/Fallout 4.ini and find the line: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ (under Archive)
3. Edit the line so it looks like this: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, textures\ (if you have other mods like sound mods etc. it should be kinda like this: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, textures\, sound\)
