About this mod
Description:
I want to make several locations suitable for construction;
I don't want to have 100500 mods. I want one file;
No additional mods are needed;

Technique:
I play Fallout 4 VR (steam), so File Header = 0.95 (for reference);
The mod also works in the flat game 1.10.980 (steam);
Creation Kit 1.10.982.3 is used to create the mod;
Simple installation:
1. the MY_GAMES.esp file must be placed in the path: ...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 VR\Data (in the Data folder);
2. in the path C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Fallout4VR you need to create a plugins.txt file (if it does not exist);
3. in the plugins.txt file at the very bottom add the entry: *MY_GAMES.esp

Additionally:
I created a save in which all settlements are already built up with barracks.
