Modification that makes graphic style similar to that of the classic Fallout 1, 2.

This modification is based on SweetFX makes graphics similar to the style of the classic Fallout 1 and 2. I have tried to replicate as much as possible the color palette of classic pieces Fallout.
This version uses from 0 to 1 FPS (virtually no impact on performance).
Also on the choice of an alternative version can be installed which adds the image pixel and the effect of surface roughness (a kind of simulation of pixel graphics Fallout 1,2, the difference can be seen in the screenshots).

Now it looks even better. You can see a comparison of the screenshots.
v1.2 I noticed that version 1.1 rather dark especially at night and in dark areas. I am somewhat lightened version 1.2 (folder Standart in the archive), but for those wishing to leave, and the darker version 1.1 (Dark folder in the archive).
