If these are things you want to discover for yourself (playing or watching for the first time), beware.

The new loading screens give exposition on things such as characters and locations from the other Fallout games - yes, including Tactics and Brotherhood of Steel, Todd be damned! - past and present factions of the wasteland, events leading up to the Great War, different Vaults, etc.
There are a few rare loading screens that reference special encounters like the B1000, with a very, very slim chance of appearing.

"Vault 111, constructed by Vault-Tec, was built to serve the residents of Sanctuary Hills and Concord in the event of an atomic war." - originally only available when loading into pre-war Vault 111
"Most Brotherhood of Steel soldiers utilize the most effective, technologically advanced equipment available, like laser weapons and Power Armor." - originally only available when loading into the Prydwen
"Amateur chemist John-Caleb Bradberton discovered the formula for Nuka-Cola in 2044. Within a year, Nuka-Cola could be purchased across the entire United States." - originally only available while in Nuka-World
In my opinion, these are way too general to be locked behind these kinds of conditions, especially during a playthrough where I don't join the Brotherhood or go to Nuka-World so screens like these never appear, which is a damn shame. Now, screens describing Goodneighbor, the Railroad, Nuka-Cola flavors, Vault-Tec, Concord, etc. can show up regardless of where you are in the Commonwealth.
And if you want just the lore, without having to be told what a workbench is for or how to pickpocket people, there's an alternate version available that blocks all tooltip or gameplay loading screens from appearing.
