I will not be updating Alternate Sirens, but if you're looking to change the default siren in the game, it's very easy to do. If you find something you like on Youtube you can download the file with this website http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ then use a program like Audacity to edit the file to your liking. It's best to keep the audio clip short. The longer it is, the longer it will take to stop after you have shut the siren off.

After you're happy with your audio file, make sure it's in wav format, and rename it to amb_siren_3d_a_01_lpm.wav

Create a file structure in the data folder sound\fx\amb\siren\ and place the file in the siren folder.

After that just test it out in game and tweak it as needed.
