Settlement Resources Rebalanced

Description
This mod aims to re-balance all of the settlement resources such as power, water, food, defense, named settlers, population, etc.  It also provides an unlimited settlement budget and increased vendor money.  All settings were made to achieve a more realistic and immersive settlement experience.  Of course, everyone has their own opinion and user experience may vary.  I respectfully ask that all players allow me to have my own opinion, hence this mod was born.


Features
Unlimited Settlement Budget - build settlements with lots of items and features without hitting a cap or being restricted
Max Settlement Population - 22 (this seems to be the sweet spot after extensive play testing and allows for vibrant settlements)
Power Generators - 3x power output
Power Pylons and Conduits - 3x power range (you no longer have to spam power pylons and conduits throughout your settlement anymore with the increased range)
Water Pumps and Purifiers - 2x water output
Crops - 2 food per crop
Named Settlers - marked essential (they can no longer be accidentally killed during settlement raids)
Vendor Caps - increased to a more respectable level so you can actually sell some of your unwanted gear (3x cap amount)
Defense - increased the level, health, and resistances of all turrets by 50% and made all turrets self-powered (they have their own mini power generator)


Load Order
Place this mod towards the beginning of your load order so that other mods can overwrite its settings if needed

Mod was made from scratch using FO4Edit
Mod was cleaned and contains no Identical to Master Records or Undeleted or Disabled References
