Ever look at the concept art for games and think "I'd rather play that!"?
Me too. So I wrote this pixel shader to add a painty/concept art feel to things.
Requires ENB but will work on top of most other ENB presets.

Updated with some edge highlighting and added some alternate looks to the optional files.
Including an ink line option (for Silver Shroud comic book action)

INSTALLATION

Already use an ENB pre-set?

• unzip one of my main files to your Fallout 4 folder ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4" or wherever you chose)
• open your enbseries.ini in notepad
• make sure EnablePostPassShader=true
• done
  

Don't use ENB?

• get the latest ENB zip here http://enbdev.com/download_mod_fallout4.htm
• unzip and copy everything in the "WrapperVersion" folder into your Fallout 4 folder
• unzip one of my main files and ENB_Preset files to your Fallout 4 folder (OK to overwriting)
• done
  

If you want to try playing with the settings open enbeffectpostpass.fx file in notepad.
The settings be at the top with explanations.
