Railroad Ink
Let’s face it the vanilla face tattoos are terrible. They look like cartoon stick ons, and bad ones at that. So I decided to try and make something that looks a little better and show some faction pride while I’m at it.
All five vanilla tattoos are replaced with (mostly) railroad themed new ones. The exception is the last one because frankly I ran out of ideas/railroad themed symbols by that point. Also I realise the Railroad are supposed to be a secret underground hush-hush operation and all but it’s hardly as though you’re wandering around with I’M WITH THE RAILROAD tattooed straight across your forehead. All of the tattoos are fairly small and simple which is what I was going for in contrast to the vanilla ones.
The order they replace the vanilla tattoos:
1. Lucky Clover – Lantern
2. Eagle – Codename*
3. Horseshoe – Danger Railsign
4. Radiation Skull – Ally Railsign
5. Nautical Anchor – Anchor
*There are six files to choose from, one for each of the six code names you could have chosen when joining the Railroad. Choose only one
file, they’re all identical otherwise.
Install
Either install automatically with NMM or drop the textures into your data folder manually.
All tattoos require the magazines to unlock them first, you can add them via console if you don't want to hunt for them , just type
'help tattoo 4' to find the ids.
