Backstory: Long before the war, Culuf visited Earth as ambassador of her home planet, Gliese 586b. :3
She traveled here with the intention of peace talks, visited news shows to explain her species, and publicly warned of long-term danger.
Her society of Sitmacs did not like how prone to war and hostility humans were (are).
If peace could not be resolved and war did not cease, her people were ready to declare open season on Earth.
And we all know what happened with that in Fallout 4 ;­) Mothership Zeta was my favorite DLC for Fallout 3!

I know this is a book, and obviously Time magazine is.. a magazine.
It was such a momentous occasion that Time released a hardback ^_^

(Lore:) Thetans are "Sitmac children", and Culuf is the same (growth-wise) as a human around 20s.
They are taller than humans! But they live for hundreds of years. Even the children before they become adults!

And all this is, is a book replacer

Open up the .zip file with your favorite .. .zip.. opener?
Choose one of three options! Drag and drop the textures folder from the .zip into your Fallout 4 Data folder.
Enjoy! (Edit: There's a fourth option now where I lazily changed the Thetan face to Gray o­_o­)<-Edited eyes and nose too.

Sidenote: This is also kind of a public plead to help bring Culuf into Fallout 4 (or Skyrim!) :­D
Maybe as armors (and "expression helmets") if that's easier than waiting for custom races?
I have .nifs and .dds's, but tried for a long time to understand importing (Poser bones

­). I just can't!
