Replace the level up sound, Fat Man sounds, and XP gain sounds with "Pan Paka Pan!" from KanColle.

Replace the level up sound, the Fat Man sounds, and/or the XP gain sounds with Atago or Hibiki and Ikazuchi's "Pan Paka Pan!"
Also available: Poi Level Up Sound Replacer.
Now available on Bethesda Mods in a limited capacity, search for "Pan Paka Pan! XP-Gain Sound Replacer" or "Pan Paka Pan! XP-Gain Sound Replacer [XB1]" for the PC and Xbox One versions, respectively.
